Titbit #1 Lemon Granules
Sprinkle my lemon 'granules' on your noodles (zoodles) and be amazed at the flavour. Put 'lemons' in the search box above to read about them.Titbit #2 Freeze your Breadcrumbs
Buy bread (Gluten-Free) when it’s on offer and blitz into breadcrumbs. Pop useful amounts into bags and freeze. So handy to just grab from the freezer. Thaws quickly.
Titbit #3 Sweetcorn Mash
For a change - rather than using potato or sweet potato, heat a couple of cans of sweetcorn; drain and blitz for an instant, tasty mash.Find me on Instagram

Blood Orange, Avocado and Chicory Chopped Salad (with chicken)
This salad is so delicious it can be served on its own, but to make it more of a meal, add in some protein such as cooked chicken, seeds, nuts or cubed cheese. I added cooked chicken left over from … Continue reading

Kale, Brussel Sprout, Apple and Pomegranate Salad
Last winter I realised just how tasty brussel sprouts were in a salad. Even my son, who detests cooked sprouts, really enjoyed a salad I made for Christmas Day using raw brussel sprouts and this one is not too dissimilar … Continue reading

Warm Indian ‘Chana Chaat’ with Pomegranate
This is one of those times where I tend not to keep exactly to the quantities stated in the recipe as I don’t want small bits of vegetable left over, nor half a can of chickpeas. This recipe is so … Continue reading

Slow-Roasted Lamb with Hot Fennel Relish
At first reading, this dish seems like a lot of work, but it really isn’t. Once the lamb is in the oven there is little to be done until it is cooked. Just enjoy the superb aroma for a few … Continue reading

Using up Left-over Sprout Salad
After making Sprout Salad with Citrus and Pomegranate I found that I had a small amount of the salad left over. I hate wasting food and after the success of my recent Iranian Lentils, Peppers and Egg brunch I wondered … Continue reading

Sprout Salad with Citrus and Pomegranate
I love trying new recipes and the beauty of it is that you don’t have to cook them again if they are ghastly. This recipe caught my eye and I admit I was a little unsure of how the raw … Continue reading
