Sprinkle my lemon 'granules' on your noodles (zoodles) and be amazed at the flavour. Put 'lemons' in the search box above to read about them.Titbit #2 Freeze your Breadcrumbs
Buy bread (Gluten-Free) when it’s on offer and blitz into breadcrumbs. Pop useful amounts into bags and freeze. So handy to just grab from the freezer. Thaws quickly.

Spicy Golden Turmeric Milk
I was working the other weekend (well, more like swanning around taking photographs whilst my friend did all the work selling on her stall) and unfortunately noticed how many people had coughs, colds and sneezes around me. A couple of … Continue reading

Blood Orange, Avocado and Chicory Chopped Salad (with chicken)
This salad is so delicious it can be served on its own, but to make it more of a meal, add in some protein such as cooked chicken, seeds, nuts or cubed cheese. I added cooked chicken left over from … Continue reading

Slow Cooker Roast Pork and Apples
I cheated and asked the butcher to slice the pork loin for me as his knives are so much sharper than mine (well, he is my son!!). I was a little unsure as to this recipe and whether the pork … Continue reading

Breadcrumbs / Gluten Intolerance
I still have a vivid memory of my parents on Christmas Eve, making breadcrumbs for the sage and onion stuffing which was always put into our turkey. Whilst my mum chopped the onions and fresh sage, my dad would take … Continue reading

Spicy Stuffed Courgettes
I love this recipe as the filling can be made in advance and kept in the fridge until needed. It is then quite simple to prepare the courgettes and pop them in the oven half an hour before you want … Continue reading
